We are looking for 2 positive and service-minded À La Carte Waiters to join the team at Brasseriet, The Well.

Brasseriet offers a varied food and beverage concept with:

🔥 Busy service periods and a fast-paced working environment
You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and the rest of the service team to ensure guests receive smooth, friendly and professional service.

We are looking for someone who:

🍽️ Has experience from à la carte restaurant service
🔥 Enjoys working in a high-tempo environment
🗣️ Communicates confidently with guests
🤝 Works well as part of a team
🍷 Has an interest in food, wine and beverages
👀 Is attentive and notices what guests need
✅ Is reliable, organised and professional
💬 Speaks English or Norwegian confidently
Experience from hotels, restaurants, conferences or busy casual dining concepts is an advantage.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
As an À La Carte Waiter, you will:
👋 Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
📋 Present menus and explain dishes and beverages
🍷 Recommend food and drinks when appropriate
✍️ Take accurate food and beverage orders
🍽️ Serve à la carte dishes and three-course menus
🥂 Provide beverage and wine service
🏨 Assist with conference dinners, groups and events
👀 Follow up guests throughout their dining experience
🧹 Keep tables and service areas clean and organised
🤝 Cooperate closely with the kitchen, bar and other waiters
🌟 Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
