Om stillingen

Some jobs are just jobs.
Others become part of a team, a rhythm, and a workplace where every day matters.
Right now, we are looking for hardworking and reliable people to join a busy fish production facility in the Orkanger / Trondheim area. The seafood industry is one of Norway’s most important industries, and behind every product leaving the factory is a team of people who take pride in quality, precision, and teamwork.
This is not an office job. It’s physical work in a fast-paced environment where focus, discipline, and cooperation are important. Some days are intense, but they are also rewarding for people who enjoy staying active and being part of a strong team.
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to work.
Experience from food production, industrial work, fish farming, slaughtering, or seafood processing is highly valued. Experience with fish filleting is a big advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
You should:
Have good physical condition and a strong work ethic
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Stay focused and maintain quality throughout the workday
Work well independently and together with others
Understand the importance of hygiene and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Speak and understand English and/or Norwegian well
We believe you are someone who:
Shows up on time and takes responsibility
Works accurately and pays attention to detail
Is flexible with working hours and tasks
Has a positive attitude and contributes to the team
Understands that reliability matters
What do we offer?
We offer more than just a workplace.
You will become part of a professional and supportive environment where people work together toward common goals. We offer:
Competitive salary according to tariff agreements
Good working conditions
A stable workplace with opportunities for long-term work
Supportive management and good colleagues
Valuable experience in the Norwegian seafood industry
Important Information
Applicants should live in or near the Orkanger / Trondheim area, or be able to commute
Personal attendance at interview is required
If you are ready for a practical and meaningful job in a strong industry, we would love to hear from you.
